A revised list of County and City delinquent property taxpayers is now available, reflecting recent payments that resulted in the removal of some names.
There is still time to have your property removed from the pending lawsuit by paying the delinquent tax amount in full. While these parcels will not be offered for tax sale until next year, the amounts owed will continue to accrue penalties and interest.
Please do not call to inquire about purchasing these parcels at this time. Delinquent taxpayers are being given every opportunity to resolve their balances. Our goal is to collect all outstanding taxes and avoid the need for a sale altogether.
Taxpayers listed should call 931-766-4157 for information about paying their debt.
