The Lawrence County Clerk & Master’s office has issued a list of 2023 Lawrence County and City of Lawrenceburg delinquent taxes, recently received as a Chancery Court lawsuit for collections.
Residents are encouraged to check the list and remove their names from this lawsuit by paying the amount owed.
These parcels will not go to a tax sale until next year, but the amount owed will continue to increase. Please, no calls about purchasing any of these parcels. Property owners are being given the opportunity to resolve their debt so a sale will not be necessary.
