The latest version of the Lawrence County/Lawrenceburg delinquent tax list is now available, reflecting the removal of those who are now up to date on property tax payments.
The attached list includes those who remain delinquent on 2023 tax payments, and can be accessed here.
These properties are not yet available for sale. The list is being published to give owners every opportunity to pay their debt before their properties are sold to satisfy their delinquent property tax bills.
