Lawrence County Executive David Morgan visited the Courthouse today to check in on the Maintenance Department as they began pressure washing the iconic clock tower. The project has already made a noticeable difference.
In addition to the exterior cleaning, the team is also in the process to restore the clock and bell to their original, functional condition.
