A list of delinquent tax sale properties issued last week has been updated following payment of debt by some property owners.
A new list issued today is available at https://lawrencecountytn.gov/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Notice-of-Sale-2.pdf, along with details about the online auction set for April 9.
Potential bidders are urged to visit GovEase.com for instructions about registering and placing bids on these properties. Registration is March 10 through April 1.
This sale will satisfy the lien for taxes (including interest, penalties, costs, and attorney fees) due to Lawrence County and the City of Lawrenceburg for the years 2021 and prior.
Property owners still have an opportunity to pay taxes and fees and remove their properties from the sale. However, the Lawrence County Clerk & Master’s office will only accept cash or certified funds before 3 p.m. on April 8.
