On May 13, Friends of the Lawrence County Animal (FOLCA) hosted an open house at the Lawrence County – Lawrenceburg Animal Shelter. County Executive David Morgan, Sheriff John Myers, and Animal Shelter Director Ginger Morgan all spoke about the improvements and progress that have taken shape over the last several years at the shelter.
