INVITATION TO BID

Lawrence County Government will be accepting sealed bids for the following item: Lawrenceburg Square Pavilion Steel Kit Construction

Sealed bids will be received at the Lawrence County Office of Accounts and Budgets, located at 700 Mahr Avenue, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464 until 12:00 PM Local Time, Thursday, April 11, 2024.

A Purchasing Committee meeting will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2024 at 4:30 PM CST in the Lawrence County Administrative Center, 2nd Floor Conference Room, 200 West Gaines Street, Lawrenceburg, TN 38464, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud.

Lawrence County Government will not purchase, contract, or receive services from any firm or individual whose business tax or license is delinquent (Acts 1957, Tennessee Code Annotated, 5-14-108). The requirements for filing a business tax and registering a business are outlined in the State of Tennessee, Dept of Revenue website at www.tennesseeanytime.gov and are outlined in the Tennessee Code Annotated within T.C.A. §§67-4-701 et seq.

Bidders must submit BIDDING DOCUMENT REGISTRATION FORM, SECTION 00200 of the Project Manual to the architect to insure proper delivery of Addenda.

Lawrence County Purchasing Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days subsequent to the opening of Bids without the consent of the Owner.
