Resolution 20260728-04 – Adopted the certified tax rate.
 
Resolution 20260728-05 – Approved non-profit and charitable contributions.
 
Resolution 20260728-06 – Approved the distribution of Hotel-Motel Tax funds.
 
Resolution 20260728-07 – Approved the allocation of a portion of the Opioid Abatement Settlement Funds.

Commissioners John Bradley and Phillip Heatherly

Resolution 20260728-08 – Fixed the Lawrence County property tax levy for Fiscal Year 2026–2027.
 
Resolution 20260728-09 – Adopted the Fiscal Year 2026–2027 operating budget for Lawrence County.
 
Resolution 20260728-10 – Confirmed the appointment of Lynn King to the Lawrence County Public Library Board.
 
Resolution 20260728-11 – Established a one-year Dead Stock Removal Relief Fund for Lawrence County livestock producers.
 
Resolution 20260728-12 – Authorized an agreement with the Tennessee Advanced Communications Network for the construction of a communications tower at the Jason Dickey Fire Training Center.

Resolution 20260728-14 – Approved the Lawrence County EMS 24/72 Work Schedule Policy.
 
Resolution 20260728-15 – Approved a new full-time Secretary position for the Lawrence County Veterans Service Office.
 
Resolution 20260728-17 – Named the Crawfish Creek Bridge the Joe Newton Memorial Bridge.

Resolution 20260728-03 – The proposed temporary moratorium on the establishment, construction, development, expansion, or operation of data centers, cryptocurrency mining facilities, and certain high-density computing operations within Lawrence County was tabled for later consideration.
