Virtual Enterprise Students Visit

Last week, Virtual Enterprise Students from Lawrence County High School, Loretto High School, and Summertown High School took a field trip to visit various government offices to learn more about how local government works. Each elected official explained their office’s role in the community while providing students with the opportunity to ask questions. Students were also able to visit the courthouse and hear from several leaders there as well. Lawrence County Government proudly supports the Lawrence County School System and its efforts to educate students about the many different career opportunities available to them. A special thanks to the Chamber of Commerce for organizing this event.
